Deep Cove – Cluster Camp

Every year the children in Year eight from Heddon Bush School, Central Southland Rural Primary School and Isla Bank School, take part in a 4/5 day camp to Deep Cove. 

These camps provide them with a unique opportunity to study plant and animal life in the area, go tramping and fishing and learn to live and work as a member of a team.  

Past camps have been thoroughly enjoyed by pupils, teachers and parents alike.  

School Camp
Every two years, years 4-8 attend a 4-5 day camp alternating between a city and an outdoor environment.
These camps provide children with the opportunity to enhance learning through a variety of well designed first hand experiences outside the classroom environment.
